👥 Therapist Reviews

Primary data source. We collect reviews from therapists currently traveling or who have traveled within the last 24 months. Reviews older than 2 years are retired from scoring (agencies change).

Verification process: Reviewers submit their state license number, discipline, and approximate assignment dates. We verify license status against state board databases before publishing.

📄 Public Pay Data

We analyze publicly posted job listings, self-reported pay data from therapist communities, and submit anonymous recruiter inquiries quarterly to compare take-home packages across agencies.

Pay data is compared against GSA per diem tables for housing/M&IE to assess stipend competitiveness.

📌 Direct Agency Outreach

We contact each agency annually to request updated benefits information, confirm headquarters/size details, and ask for bill rate transparency. Agencies that cooperate and share data score better on transparency metrics.

🌐 Third-Party Platforms

We monitor Google Reviews, Glassdoor, Indeed, and LinkedIn for aggregate sentiment shifts. Large rating changes trigger a manual review cycle. Third-party data is weighted at 30% of the satisfaction score.
