Jackson has been my primary agency for two years and I have zero complaints. Great SNF contracts in the Southeast, recruiter is experienced and gets back to me same day. The IRF availability is better than any other agency I’ve worked with.
Mixed experience. My first recruiter left and the replacement didn't know much about OT practice specifically. Once I requested a therapy-specialized recruiter, things improved dramatically. Contract volume is genuinely excellent — never had trouble finding assignments in my target states.
Jackson is fine but not exceptional for SLPs. The contract volume is there but pay wasn't as high as I could get from a boutique agency. My recruiter was pleasant but didn't know much about dysphagia protocol requirements at SNF facilities. I’d use them as a secondary agency for location access.
Six contracts with Jackson and they’ve been solid throughout. The agency has real infrastructure — compliance team is organized, payroll is always accurate, and the benefits are legitimate. Not the highest pay but reliable and professional.
Good agency for experienced travelers who know how to vet an assignment. I wouldn’t recommend them as a first agency for new grads because the onboarding support isn't as structured as Host. But for experienced travelers who want high contract volume with a reputable company, Jackson delivers.
